In this video, Jane Anderson, Assistant Professor in Anthropology and Museum Studies at New York University, explains what Intellectual Property Law is, why it matters and what are the kind of questions that may up from a tribal perspective regarding the issues of access, circulation and ownership of cultural heritage.
