This document is a list of digital preservation questions to consider at your institution when planning for file access. The questions center around "Who do I need to talk to?," "What do I need to know or find out?," and "What policies or documents will relate to file access?" This information is helpful for starting to plan for long term preservation and management of digital files, specifically centered around keeping digital files accessible for the future. These conversations may involve conversations with staff, supervisors, IT and other departments, and administration. This document is part of Module 3: Save It of the Digital Stewardship Curriculum.
